Job summary

Allworth Financial is seeking a results-driven FP&A professional to join our Finance team in Addison, TX on a full-time hybrid basis. You will partner with the VP Finance Business Partnering to analyze growth, budgeting, forecasting, and performance drivers, delivering executive-ready insights.

Required: 4+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or analytics experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, financial modeling, and AI tools.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and present insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present to non-finance audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pipeline results and milestone volumes; report insights.
• Develop and enhance reporting; present to leadership.
• Quantify financial impact of advisor compensation programs.
• Create financial models and scenario analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and materials.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Facilities on financial impacts.
• Provide ad hoc analyses to support decision-making.
• Forecast and variance analysis monthly.
