An ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting, with MBA or CPA preferred, and at least 3 years of financial analysis experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis skills.
• Advanced MS Excel and financial software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making processes
• Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for various departments
• Analyze financial performance and trends, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to develop strategic financial plans
• Provide financial guidance and recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency
• Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for executive leadership and board meetings
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
