Job summary

Blue Bird Group is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis across the organization. You will partner with the FP&A Manager and cross-functional leaders to translate data into actionable insights and support profitable growth.

The role is based in our Minneapolis office with in-office presence Tue–Thu each week, contributing to budgeting, scenario planning, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related analytical roles.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business analysis activities.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in high-growth environments preferred.
• Industry experience in business services or retail services preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with large datasets, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and business modeling capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly forecasting across multiple units.
• Partner with leaders to develop forecasts, assumptions, and business plans.
• Assist in annual operating plans, budgets, and long-range planning.
• Monitor performance against plan; identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop financial models to support decision-making and planning.
• Provide insights for leadership to guide strategy and growth.
