Job summary

Blueair, part of Unilever, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team for North America and EMEA. You will partner with commercial teams, support forecasting, reporting, and modeling, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced, hybrid environment in Chicago.

In this role you’ll analyze performance, build driver-based models, and help translate commercial plans into financial plans for cross-functional stakeholders across time zones.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of FP&A, finance, accounting, or consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with a full P&L forecast model.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA weekly flash P&L and track revenue and performance trends.
• Assist NA and EMEA monthly forecasts and evolve ownership of the EMEA roll-up.
• Support the EMEA S&OP process with minimal supervision.
• Analyze actuals vs plan and explain variances with clear commentary.
• Prepare leadership reporting packages and tell the story behind the numbers.
