Job summary

CFS in Burnsville, MN is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst / FP&A Business Partner to own budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis for a key business unit. This role partners with leadership to drive strategic decisions and financial discipline in a growing, global technology company.

The position offers hybrid work (about three days onsite) and high visibility across commercial, R&D, supply chain, and operations, with opportunities to influence pricing, launches, and investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or business finance experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis skills.
• Experience independently managing forecasts and translating financial data into business recommendations.
• Strong understanding of P&L performance, margins, and operational drivers.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work through imperfect data and ambiguity.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence and partner with business leaders.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred; SAP, Power BI, or Power Query experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

This highly visible role will own key FP&A activities, provide insight into P&L performance, and partner with business leaders on strategic decisions during a period of growth and organizational transformation.

Compensation & Benefits

• $115,000–$130,000 base salary
