Job summary

Netrio in North Dakota seeks a FP&A Senior Analyst to support global growth and financial infrastructure under the VP of Finance and CFO. You will help forecast, planning, reporting, and analytics across jurisdictions.

You will build KPIs, budgets, and cash forecasts, develop scenarios, assist with M&A due diligence, and drive automation and data visualization to inform leadership decisions. Strong Excel, NetSuite, and Salesforce experience preferred; 3–5 years in FP&A in a technology-focused

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of FP&A, investment banking, corporate development, or related finance role; tech/high-growth services background a plus.
• Financial modeling for a services organization, including KPI tracking, forecasting, and COGS analysis; debt covenant reporting a plus.
• Strong data storytelling, ability to influence decisions under tight deadlines, and experience with multi-year planning.

Responsibilities

• Refine and support systems and processes for relevant, timely internal analyses and reporting.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, scorecards, and reports to track project performance, with focus on results and speed.
• Support annual budget, multi-year plan, rolling forecasts, and provide commentary on performance against metrics.
