Job summary

Netlist, Inc. is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.

The role partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide insights, develop forecasts, evaluate opportunities, and guide long-term financial objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced financial modeling, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CFA or similar certification preferred.
• 5-8 years of FP&A, forecasting, budgeting and modeling experience.
• Public company experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel with complex modeling, forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial planning software.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau or similar BI tools.
• SOX compliance knowledge and internal controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and long-range financial plans.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for strategic planning.
• Analyze performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
• Partner with department leaders on budgets and expenditures.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting packages.
• Support investor relations with financial information for earnings releases and boards.
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Mentor junior analysts and support financial planning processes.
