Job summary

Netrio, a leading provider of managed IT and security services, seeks an FP&A Senior Analyst to join the finance team in Golden Valley, MN. The role partners with CFO and VP of Finance to strengthen forecasting, planning, and reporting across the company and supporting growth and international compliance.

You will build KPIs, refine models, support annual budgets and multi-year plans, and help with M&A due diligence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in FP&A, investment banking, or related finance role.
• Experience with KPI design, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Refine and support systems and processes for timely, accurate analyses.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports to track project performance.
• Support annual budget and rolling forecasts with insights.
• Identify trends and present clear, persuasive visuals.
• Assist with M&A valuation modeling and due diligence.
• Support integration of acquired businesses and financial systems.
• Improve planning tools and automate finance processes with AI.
