  • Help build out functionality in core systems, applying common modeling standards across financial analyses, preparing capex business cases and tracking their ROI, ensuring analyses are conducted consistently and in accordance with appropriate definitions, etc.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs, scorecards, and reports to track the performance of projects, initiatives, and strategies, with a focus on results, execution, speed, and learning
  • Support the annual budget process (including the multi-year operating plan and departmental budgets), prepare rolling monthly financial and cash forecasts, and provide insights and commentary on the Company’s performance against key metrics
  • Identify key business trends and drivers through effective data interpretation, and communicate them through clear, compelling presentations and visualizations
  • Work closely with the VP of Finance, CFO, and leadership team to provide strategic, financial, operational, economic, and statistical analysis to inform key business and investment decisions, and test various scenarios and hypotheses

  • Working with data-oriented stakeholders to support and influence their decision making, and the ability to anticipate, prepare for, and rigorously debate their difficult questions under pressure and on tight deadlines
  • Supporting complex annual and ad hoc planning and reporting processes
  • Helping design and improve business systems and processes that scale with the company’s growth
  • Strong data visualization, and verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to tell a story through data, and to make the complex simple
  • Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights, including spotting anomalies and identifying meaningful trends
  • Eagerness to learn the business end to end, including its functions, practices, and customer journeys, and to turn that understanding into commercial opportunities
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for working with numbers
  • Obsession with extracting efficiencies and driving continuous improvement
