Job summary

Briggs Industrial Solutions is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to own planning, forecasting, budgeting, and modeling activities. You will translate financial data into clear insights, identify risks and opportunities, and support leadership with informed recommendations.

In this hands-on FP&A role, you’ll partner with Accounting, corporate leaders, and branch teams, leveraging Excel, Power BI, and emerging AI tools to enhance reporting and modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive FP&A, accounting, or related experience.
• Strong fundamentals in reading financial statements and linking ops to results.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI and AI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes.
• Build financial models and perform variance, pipeline, and ad hoc analyses.
• Turn data into actionable insights and highlight risks and opportunities for leadership.
• Collaborate with Accounting, executives, and branch teams; support monthly cadence.
