Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years FP&A experience with complex financial modeling and variance analysis.
• Experience analyzing pipeline data and revenue forecasts.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and Tableau; solid understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Build, update, and manage financial models for annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term plans for government solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Technology, and Operations to track performance against revenue targets and evaluate initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales to analyze pipeline data and refine revenue forecasting accuracy.
• Monitor monthly results, coordinate with accounting on accruals and adjustments, and explain variances.
• Apply AI tools to enhance predictive modeling and streamline reporting processes.
• Translate operational and revenue data into Tableau dashboards and Google Suite visualizations for senior partners.
