Job summary

Equifax in Clayton, MO seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with government vertical leaders, delivering financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline analytics. You will synthesize data, evaluate procurement trends, and apply AI-driven tools to drive revenue growth.

This hybrid role sits in Clayton with Monday-Thursday in-office collaboration and Friday flexibility. Ideal candidates have 5+ years FP&A experience, strong Excel/Tableau skills, and knowledge of Hyperion or Oracle

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of FP&A, complex financial modeling, and variance analysis.
Experience with pipeline management platforms for revenue analysis and forecasting.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and Tableau.
Strong accounting principles and financial consolidation knowledge.

Responsibilities

Build, update, and manage financial models for budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans for government offerings.
Collaborate with Sales, Technology, and Operations to track performance against revenue targets.
Analyze pipeline data and refine revenue forecasting accuracy in collaboration with Sales leadership.
Monitor monthly results, coordinate with accounting on accruals and adjustments, and report variances.
