Responsibilities

• Maintain central revenue and driver models, track volumes, and provide weekly revenue pacing updates.
• Prepare monthly revenue close activities, reclassifications, and variance analyses.
• Compile executive briefing packages with external housing metrics for leadership.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and BU leadership to track pipeline and support budgeting.
