Job summary

Energy Fuels Inc. is a Denver-based global critical mineral company delivering uranium and rare earth elements to the energy sector. The Senior FP&A Analyst leads budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, partnering with leaders to drive performance and strategic investments.

Based out of Energy Fuels Lakewood location with in-office majority, a 9/80 schedule and remote Tuesday are offered for many exempt roles. This position emphasizes analytics, modeling, and KPI development.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial analysis experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and planning tools.
• Workday Adaptive Planning experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Manage enterprise financial planning system and monthly activities.
• Prepare monthly management and operations reporting packages.
• Improve financial planning processes and reporting automation.
• Analyze financial and operational results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with department leaders to evaluate spending, headcount, and capital allocation.
• Monitor cost trends and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Develop operational KPIs and management dashboards.
• Support capital project reporting and cost tracking.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Assist with scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and business case evaluations.
• Other duties as assigned
