Vylor is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support the Global Leveraged Functions—Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and more. Based in Johnston, IA or Wilmington, DE, you will manage Actuals and Planning for fixed costs and balance sheet accounts, partnering with functional leaders to achieve financial objectives.

You will lead governance, drive planning cycles, and deliver transparent reporting, with opportunities to influence strategic decisions and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent is required.
• 3-7 years of finance experience including accounting is required.
• Demonstrated understanding and application of fundamental accounting principles.
• Ability to organize tasks and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership and fiduciary oversight for governance processes and decision support for Functional Leaders.
• Partner with function leaders in development of annual plan and strategic planning.
• Perform analyses to identify cost and capital spend drivers and enable risk mitigation.
• Serve as a trusted finance partner to FP&A, accounting, and reporting teams.
• Identify problems and recommend solutions with clear data-driven insights.
• Support development and maintenance of financial reporting tools to improve accuracy and usability.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and special projects.
