Job summary

Vylor Inc. is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our finance strategic projects team within the controllership organization.

The role focuses on delivering general ledger solutions, automation, and SAP implementations to support global accounting processes. You will partner with business units and other functions to drive process improvements, manage month-end close, and ensure accurate financial reporting across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
5-8 years’ experience in Controllership.
Excel/Access/Office/SAP a must.
Strong SAP technical skills and experience with GL processes.
Experience with SD/Billing and ERP transformation projects.

Responsibilities

Design, create and build general ledger solutions for use by global controllership teams.
Assist global team to develop new solutions and drive automation.
Assist on SAP implementations for GL.
Assist with data take on for all ERP & transformation projects.
Design and implement miscellaneous billing processes.
Build partnerships with other workstreams/functions and the business.
Communicate effectively and identify gaps in processes and designs.
Provide status updates for milestones/deliverables and for dependencies, risks, and mitigations.
Train business teams for smooth transitions and effective communication.
