Job summary

Vylor Inc. is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst (FP&A) to join our Johnston, IA or Wilmington, DE team and help drive financial planning, governance, and strategic decision support.

You will partner with functional leaders to craft annual plans, review assumptions, and analyze variances to optimize cost and capital spend. The role requires 3–7 years of finance experience, a degree in accounting, and preferred CPA or MBA credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent; CPA/MBA preferred.
• 3–7 years of finance experience including accounting.
• Solid understanding of fundamental Accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide fiduciary oversight for governance processes and decision support for Functional Leaders.
• Partner with Function leaders in development of annual plan and other near/longer term strategic planning work.
• Evaluate key assumptions and variance analyses to identify cost and capital spend drivers, enabling proactive risk mitigation and corrective action.
• Serve as a trusted finance partner to other FP&A and accounting teams, supporting inquiries through clear analysis.
• Perform analysis to identify problems or issues and recommend ways to resolve problem areas.
• Coordinate with FP&A Reporting Center, Accounting Centers and other leveraged resources through communication and influence.
• Support critical business initiatives, various special projects, and functional teams, committees.
• Provide input and support for the development, enhancement, and maintenance of financial reporting tools to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency and usability.
