Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst role or equivalent analytical position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Proven experience developing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Deep understanding of financial statements, cash flow, and key financial/operational metrics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across functions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and annual plans for the local entity and business units.
• Prepare and analyze P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow variance reports.
• Lead KPI forecasting for headcount, capital expenditure, and operating expenses.
• Serve as a finance lead on internal projects; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide actionable insights on revenue, spending variances, and department performance.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Partner with business leaders to identify key drivers and translate performance into insights.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, working capital, capital expenditures, and cash flow vs budget.
• Build, improve, and maintain financial reporting tools, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Support month-end close, including reviewing and approving journal entries.
• Lead process improvements to enhance financial reporting practices.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
