You will own forecasting cycles, month-end close, and margin analysis, partnering with cross-functional teams to automate reporting and strengthen financial rigor in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years FP&A experience
• 6+ years corporate finance or analytics
• 4+ years forecasting or analytic modeling
• Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
• Proven ability to translate business results into leadership-ready stories (prefer software)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Self-starter able to manage projects with minimal supervision
• Grace under pressure with a sense of humor
• Advanced Excel/PowerPoint; Hyperion Essbase; fintech experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning: advise Finance Managers on 1- and 3-year plans and highlight risks/opportunities
• Forecasting and reporting: lead quarterly forecast cycles and driver-based assumptions
• Month End Close/ Current Estimate: own forecasting, consolidation, and exec-ready commentary
• Margin lever and unit economics analysis: quantify drivers and translate to R&O
• Operational excellence: automate reporting and forecasting processes with an AI-first mindset
• Accounting compliance: prepare entries and track accruals for month/quarter
