Metropolis Technologies seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to lead forecasting, variance analysis, and sophisticated financial modeling for strategic capital allocation and long-range planning.

You will partner with multiple business units, translating performance into enterprise impact, while ensuring data integrity and driving process automation in a high-growth tech setting. Four days in office support collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Investment Banking in a high-growth tech environment.
• Strong Excel and ERP/EPM experience with GAAP expertise.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear strategic narratives.

Responsibilities

• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Analyze variance (Actuals vs Budget/Forecast) and explain the why behind the numbers.
• Build dynamic financial models for capital allocation and long-range planning.
• Advise business units and translate performance into enterprise impact.
• Manage OpEx and headcount aligned with profitability goals.
• Prepare board-ready reports and internal dashboards.
• Audit data integrity to maintain a single source of truth.
• Refine workflows and automate manual processes.
• Document SOPs to support a world-class finance department.
