Amrize is seeking a Lead FP&A Analyst to drive financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for North America operations. The role involves building complex financial models, consolidating forecasts, and supporting strategic initiatives that impact the company’s financial statements.

You will lead key activities in the planning cycle, perform capital investment analyses, and collaborate with teams across operations to communicate financial plans to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• 5-7 years financial analysis experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare forecasts and ownership of forecast model.
• Develop complex financial models and capital investment analyses.
• Participate in financial closing and due diligence for M&A.
• Communicate financial plans to management.
