Archer in San Jose, California seeks a Sr. Financial Analyst to drive planning, budgeting, and financial analytics for a high-growth aerospace organization. You will refine data systems, develop KPI dashboards, and prepare executive-level reporting for boards and leadership.

The role requires 6+ years in finance, a business/finance/accounting degree, and strong FP&A experience; MBA is highly preferred. Knowledge of Adaptive Planning and SAP is expected in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in Finance or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• Experience with FP&A software tools (Adaptive) and ERP systems (SAP).
• Excellent modeling, analytical and communication skills.

• Lead planning and budgeting with senior management to design and track annual operating and financial plans.
