Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, to drive forecasting, budgeting, and strategic finance insights. You will partner with leaders to build models, analyze performance, and support long-range planning. Strong Excel skills and experience with planning systems are required.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business partners, scenario analyses, and delivering actionable financial guidance to improve profitability and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A or related roles.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial planning systems (OneStream, Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive, SAP BPC, Oracle EPM).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes.
• Support development of annual operating plans and long-range plans.
• Analyze key drivers and assumptions to improve forecast accuracy.
• Develop scenario analyses to support executive decisions.
• Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports and dashboards.
• Analyze variances and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with departments to provide financial guidance and ROI analysis.
• Build and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and investments.
