Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Financial Analyst 2 in Phoenix to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting efforts across the organization. You will partner with finance and business teams to build plans, forecasts, and meaningful benchmarks.

You will deliver ad hoc analyses, maintain financial models, and communicate key findings to leadership, supporting strategic initiatives and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with budgeting, planning, modeling, and forecasting systems.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial data analysis.
• Strong communication and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans and weekly forecasts with Finance and Business Partner teams.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and modeling support for strategic initiatives.
• Identify anomalies and clearly communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Generate and distribute weekly and monthly reports on key metrics.
• Support as needed across projects and cross-functional teams.
