Job summary

Rite-Hite, the global leader in loading dock and door equipment, seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to support the Finance Director, Distribution in strategic business partnerships and performance forecasting. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5-7 years of progressive finance experience.
• 2-3 years in an FP&A role with exposure to commercial finance.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
• Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CMA, CTP, FPAC) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead pipeline analytics to evaluate quote activity, conversion trends, and win rates; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Lead month-end variance analysis and commentary to help business partners understand performance trends and opportunities/risks.
• Own all new equipment backlog analytics and run a monthly backlog review with sales and operations leadership.
• Own the planning and forecasting process for Distribution SG&A spend and Allied product orders and sales revenue.
• Support customer segmentation and Global account analytics to identify growth and margin improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate and model sales territory structures to inform headcount and geographic coverage decisions.
