Job summary

Rite-Hite, the global leader in loading dock and door equipment, seeks a Commercial Finance Manager to partner with the Distribution sales leadership team at our Milwaukee HQ. Hybrid schedule with 3 on-site days.

You will translate commercial activity into clear financial insights, lead analytics, pricing governance, scenario modeling and decision support to drive profitable growth and pricing execution across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
6-8 years of progressive finance experience.
2-4 years in FP&A or commercial finance.
Experience in industrial manufacturing or distribution is preferred.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales leadership to provide actionable insights and support for significant opportunities and pricing exceptions.
Provide financial analysis for strategic deals and nonstandard terms.
Turn data into market insights, including market size, trends, segments, and competitive activity.
Strengthen commercial intelligence with cross-functional collaboration.
Drive pricing governance including processes, thresholds, and reporting.
Identify growth opportunities using customer analytics and account insights.
Build financial models and scenarios to support business decisions.
