Job summary

Rite-Hite, a global leader in loading dock and door equipment, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to administer and optimize variable compensation for sales and service teams. The role partners with Sales, Finance, HR, IT and Leadership to forecast expenses, model plan changes, and ensure accurate incentive calculations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a finance, accounting, business, economics, mathematics, information systems, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in sales compensation, financial analysis, sales operations, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas, and data validation.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and deriving actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Administer monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive compensation calculations for sales, service and administrative employees in the distribution organization.
• Validate performance metrics and compensation results prior to payout.
• Coordinate compensation processing with Payroll and Finance.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports to monitor compensation trends and business performance.
• Perform variance analyses to identify payout anomalies and data discrepancies.
• Assist in the design, modeling, and implementation of new incentive plans or changes in KPIs.
• Create dashboards and executive reporting to provide stakeholder visibility.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve compensation processes and governance.
