Job summary

Rite-Hite Corporation in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to partner with Distribution leadership, drive forecast accuracy, and optimize margins.

The role focuses on pipeline analytics, month-end variance analysis, backlog reviews, and SG&A planning, with collaboration across finance and operations. A Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting and 5–7 years of FP&A experience are preferred, plus CMA/CPA if available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5-7 years of progressive finance experience, FP&A exposure.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing or distribution preferred.
• CMA/CPA or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead pipeline analytics and translate insights into actions.
• Perform month-end variance analysis and commentary.
• Own budgeting and forecasting for Distribution SG&A and allied orders.
• Support segmentation and global account analytics for growth.
