Job summary

Rite-Hite Corporation, the global leader in loading dock and door equipment, is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager at its Global Headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role partners with Distribution sales leadership to translate commercial activity into financial insights that drive profitable growth and pricing strategy.

The position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days on-site. You will build financial models, perform market analytics, and provide decision support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive finance experience.
• 2–4 years of FP&A or commercial finance experience.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing or distribution preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales leadership to provide financial insights.
• Develop financial models and scenarios to support decisions.
• Analyze market trends, customer segments, and regional dynamics.
