Job summary

Maxonic Inc. is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst to drive advanced financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and strategic support for senior leadership. You will lead complex FP&A initiatives and analyze SaaS and payment metrics to inform business decisions.

You will spearhead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation, optimize budgeting and reporting processes, and partner with Accounting, Data, Sales, and Product teams to align financial strategy with company goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
6+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related finance function.
Strong knowledge of SaaS and/or payment processing metrics.
Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and scenario planning.
Experience leading or supporting the implementation of FP&A systems.
Advanced proficiency with NetSuite, Power BI, SQL, and Excel.

Responsibilities

Lead complex FP&A initiatives, analyze SaaS and payment metrics, and provide strategic insights.
Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning with advanced models.
Serve as Finance lead for Workday Adaptive Planning implementation.
Develop and maintain financial reporting using Workday Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, Power BI, SQL, Excel.
Partner with Accounting, Data, Payments, Sales, Product, and Operations to align financial strategy.
Prepare Board/investor-ready materials and executive presentations.
