Job summary

Access is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to bolster the Corporate FP&A team's modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will build and maintain long-range and annual models, translate results for senior leadership, and support board decks and lender packages.

The role emphasizes advanced Excel skills, scenario analyses, and the ability to present complex data clearly to executives and sponsors. MBA/CFA/CPA is a plus, with growth opportunities in a PE-backed, global setting.

Qualifications

• Three-statement financial models built from scratch with accuracy.
• Auditing and improving model accuracy, efficiency, and flexibility.
• Experience creating board-level or executive presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models (long-range, budget, forecasts).
• Develop scenario, sensitivity, and return analyses for initiatives.
• Maintain KPI and metric analysis including net retention and unit economics.
• Improve modeling templates and methodology across FP&A.
• Support board decks and lender reporting; translate results for senior audiences.
• Partner with leadership on annual budget and forecast updates; analyze variances.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, and CFO teams on special projects.
