This individual will serve as a key business partner supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, accounting operations, and strategic decision‑making. This role combines traditional FP&A responsibilities with hands‑on accounting and operational finance support. The team is specifically seeking someone who can contribute immediately while also demonstrating the leadership potential to eventually move into a Finance Manager‑level position.

Position Responsibilities:

Position Duties

• FP&A & Strategic Finance
• Lead and support annual budgeting activities
• Develop rolling forecasts and long-range financial projections
• Build and maintain financial models
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis
• Analyze actual results versus budget, forecast, and prior-year performance
• Support P&L management and profitability analysis
• Prepare executive and management reporting packages
• Present financial findings and recommendations to leadership
• Prepare monthly financial reporting
• Develop quarterly reporting and payout schedules
• Perform operational and financial performance analysis
• Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve business performance
