Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Admin, Transaction & Broker Fees in Vermont. You will support annual and quarterly planning, perform variance analysis, and build models to analyze fee mechanics for CVS Health's Pharmacy Services.

You will prepare management reports, collaborate with Client Management, Contracting, and Operations, and contribute to leadership communications with attention to detail and accuracy. This is a full-time, on-site role with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional work experience.
• Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills in a PBM, managed care, or health services environment.
• Familiarity with pharmacy fee structures including admin fees, transaction fees, and broker fee mechanics preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with large data sets; Tableau or similar visualization tool experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple P&L lines with accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to prepare clear management-ready reporting.
• Collaborative work style with ability to partner with Client Management, Contracting, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Supports development of annual operating plan, multi-year plan, and quarterly forecasts for Admin, Transaction, and Broker Fees with client- and pharmacy-level detail.
• Performs monthly variance analysis for fee-related P&L lines, identifying key drivers.
• Builds and maintains financial models supporting fee analytics, including transaction volume modeling and scenario planning.
• Prepares reporting packages and management deliverables for fee-related financials.
• Supports ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as directed by the Manager.
