Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Senior Analyst, FP&A – Admin, Transaction & Broker Fees to drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for fee-related lines within CVS Health’s Pharmacy Services. Reporting to Finance leadership, you will help develop budgets, forecasts, and monthly variance analyses with clear communication.

You will build models, analyze drivers, and prepare management-ready reporting while collaborating with Client Management, Contracting, and Operations teams to ensure accuracy

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional work experience.
• Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills in a PBM, managed care, or health services environment.
• Familiarity with pharmacy fee structures including admin fees, transaction fees, and broker fee mechanics preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with large data sets; Tableau or similar visualization tool experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple P&L lines with accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to prepare clear management-ready reporting.
• Collaborative work style with ability to partner with Client Management, Contracting, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual operating plan, multi-year plan, and quarterly forecasts for Admin, Transaction, and Broker Fees.
• Perform monthly variance analysis for fee-related P&L lines with key drivers.
• Build and maintain financial models supporting fee analytics, including volume modeling and scenario planning.
• Prepare reporting packages and management deliverables for fee-related financials.
• Support ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as directed by the Manager.
