Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Finance Manager to join a dynamic organization in the Triad area of North Carolina. This role offers executive exposure, a path to Director, and visibility among senior leaders as you lead FP&A initiatives.

You will partner with business leaders, drive budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting, and champion analytics and automation to transform finance. 5+ years FP&A required; Bachelor's in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with related analytics platforms and AI.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, planning, and business partnering skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with experience interacting with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling activities.
• Partner with business leaders to translate financial results into actionable insights.
• Develop and enhance KPI reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and finance transformation initiatives.
• Mentor and develop Financial Analyst staff.
• Support strategic projects, investment analyses, and executive decision-making.
