Maas Energy Works, Inc. seeks a self-motivated financial analyst to join our Finance team in Redding, CA. The role focuses on Excel-driven models, pro formas, and forecasting to translate large data into actionable project insights.

The candidate should have 4+ years in Analyst/FP&A, strong Excel, and a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or math (a plus). This in-office, full-time role offers $30–$40 hourly and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance,

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with experience handling large data sets.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail in forecasting and budgeting.
• Excellent written communication and ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Update, maintain, and develop financial forecasts and data sets for projects.
• Troubleshoot models to improve functionality and reduce file size.
• Collaborate with Executives, Sales, and Project Development to build budgets and analyze investments.
• Research revenue and fundraising markets to inform forecasts.
• Compile and visualize large data sets to improve prediction accuracy.
• Mentor junior analysts in financial modeling best practices.
