Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company seeks a Senior Analyst, Enterprise FP&A to own the enterprise planning cycle and consolidate financial modeling. You will collaborate with leadership to drive budget, forecast, and the 5-year plan, informing executive materials and investor communications.

You will lead quarterly earnings, monthly reporting, and strategic analyses to shape the company’s capital structure and growth initiatives, with exposure to top executives and boards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate development, private equity, or investment banking experience.
• Exceptional analytical and executive communication skills.
• Strong ability to synthesize data and present insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly earnings call preparation and external stakeholder engagement.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly reporting to investors and the board with a clear narrative.
• Own 5-year long-range planning models for capex prioritization and strategic initiatives.
• Drive in-season performance reviews, benchmarking, and opportunity analysis.
