Job summary

Loenbro seeks a Manager/Sr. Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to partner with the Sr. Director and drive enterprise FP&A planning, analysis, and reporting. This role owns board deliverables, forecasting, and lender reporting while coordinating with regional finance teams.

The position emphasizes translating data into executive insights, enhancing financial discipline, and supporting strategic decisions. Onsite in Westminster, CO with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7-10 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• 3+ years in FP&A Manager or leadership role.
• Advanced financial modeling, including integrated 3-statement models.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex models.
• Ability to present data to executives clearly.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise FP&A calendar (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Lead development of Board materials with integrated 3-statement modeling.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting with key drivers and forward-looking insights.
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting with standardized processes.
• Prepare interim financial statements for lender and external reporting.
• Perform variance analysis to identify trends and root causes.
• Own leverage metrics and covenant reporting; validate add-backs.
• Develop lender-adjusted EBITDA calculations and improve processes.
