Qualifications

Degree in Accounting/Finance required.
2+ years FP&A, finance, accounting, or similar analytical role.
Strong analytical foundation with data-to-insight ability.
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
Knowledge of GAAP and financial statements.

Responsibilities

Own FP&A processes including monthly reporting, forecasting, and annual planning.
Analyze product performance, profitability, and adoption trends with leaders.
Translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
Develop understanding of business drivers; identify risks and opportunities.
Perform variance analysis and communicate key performance drivers.
Support ad hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and business case development.
