Financeroles is seeking an FP&A Analyst to drive financial planning, forecasting, and insightful storytelling for senior leadership. You will translate data into actionable narratives by partnering with Sales, Operations, and Marketing in a fast-paced, people-first culture.

The role emphasizes dashboards, month-end close support, and continuous FP&A process improvements to influence strategic growth. A strong Excel and analytics foundation is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
• 2–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical experience.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems; BI tools a plus.
• Attention to detail with the ability to present insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform variance analysis comparing actual results to forecasts/budgets.
• Support financial modeling for business cases and investments.
• Provide actionable insights by partnering with Sales, Operations, Marketing, etc.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and executive-ready presentations.
• Assist month-end and quarter-end close processes with analysis.
• Improve FP&A tools, systems, and processes for efficiency.
• Support leadership with commission calculations and related reporting.
• Collaborate with Accounting to oversee AR reporting.
