Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Chicago to support enterprise‑level FP&A, reporting to the Office of the CFO. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting for the enterprise.

This high‑visibility role requires collaboration with corporate functions and business leaders across the organization. You’ll work with a team focused on data-driven insights, process improvements, and timely financial communications.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, ideally in a public company or large corporate environment.
• Experience supporting corporate functions or G&A cost centers is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Variance analysis and performance commentary.
• Executive reporting and presentation development.
• Functional spend analysis and cost optimization support.
• Continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools.
• Support month-end close, quarterly earnings cycles, and Board reporting timelines.
• Respond to ad‑hoc analyses from CFO and finance leadership.
• Identify data gaps and investigate variances with limited direction.
