Job summary

The role emphasizes data architecture, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, with hands-on consultancy to internal clients and project teams. A strong background in life insurance analytics and MS Excel is required, plus SQL and BI experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Life insurance/reinsurance analytics experience.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, US Statutory, and/or Life tax accounting.
• Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
• BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau experience.
• SQL writing and data warehouse familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze investment income, expenses, and underwriting results vs budget.
• Prepare management reports in clear formats.
• Participate in developing enterprise budgets and forecasts.
• Support stakeholders with automation and customized analytic reports.
• Aggregate data from the data warehouse for FP&A reporting.
• Develop dashboards and present data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with partners to define reporting needs.
