Job summary

Pivot Bio, headquartered in Minnetonka, MN, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for Corporate FP&A to partner with leadership in planning, forecasting and reporting. You will translate financial data into actionable insights to improve budget accuracy and support scalable finance processes.

The role emphasizes FP&A systems improvements, dashboard development, and collaboration across corporate functions to enable strategic decisions and growth at Pivot Bio.

Qualifications

• 5 years FP&A business partner, management consulting, or equivalent experience with increasing levels of responsibility (exposure to R&D/Product Innovation & Corporate Finance functions preferred)
• Knowledge of ERP systems and associated planning and reporting tools (Netsuite and Adaptive preferred)
• Power BI/Tableau experience a plus
• Experience leveraging AI capabilities to drive efficiency a plus
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA a plus

Responsibilities

• Partner with various business leaders to align corporate, departmental, and financial goals; enable value‑added insight through analysis and reporting
• Support the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecast for responsible departments and monthly budget‑to‑actual reporting
• Provide analytical, strategic, and other business operations support for responsible departments and the overall organization to enable their success
• Contribute to the upgrade, development and implementation of core systems and processes, including FP&A software and dashboard tools
