Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing financial statements, forecasts, month-end close, and budgets.
• Experience creating and managing visualization tools; advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration with senior leadership.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial data.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual expense budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans with FSS leadership.
• Perform monthly close duties and prepare executive level summaries.
• Explain monthly results using reports and ad hoc analyses for leadership.
• Review variances and assist in improving forecasting accuracy.
• Automate and visualize reporting; manage large datasets and databases.
• Provide guidance to leaders to achieve business, productivity, and spending goals.
• Standardize reporting and share best practices across the department.
• Conduct monthly P&L reviews and collaborate to identify forecast risks.
• Support business partners with business cases and process improvements.
• Utilize Power BI and other tools to track KPIs such as volume and productivity.
