Job summary

Healthcare Realty is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Corporate Finance at our Nashville corporate office. You will work with the Corporate Finance team, providing analytical and tactical support to the AVP of Corporate Finance and help build the corporate model.

The role focuses on monthly analyses, Board materials, forecasting and budgeting, with involvement in Real Estate Finance, Capital Markets, and Investor Relations. 2+ years in finance and a degree in a related field are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in investment banking, Corporate FP&A or similar
• Strong financial modeling and presentation skills
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or Business; CPA or CFA progress a plus
• Exposure to REITs, real estate and publicly traded companies is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support the Corporate Model and update monthly schedules and analyses
• Prepare Board materials and monthly presentations
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting and ad-hoc analyses
• Involve in Real Estate Finance, Capital Markets and Investor Relations
