Healthcare Realty (NYSE: HR) in Nashville seeks a Senior Financial Analyst – Corporate Finance to join the corporate office. You will work with the Corporate Finance team to provide analytical and tactical support to the AVP, updating schedules and analyses for corporate results and preparing Board materials.

The role spans forecasting, budgeting, and ad-hoc analyses while involving Real Estate Finance, Capital Markets and Investor Relations.

Formación

• Experience in financial modeling and strong proficiency in Excel.
• Experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or investment analysis.
• Exposure to REITs, real estate, and publicly traded companies are a large plus.
• Experience preparing Board and investor-facing materials.
• Knowledge of / interest in valuation, cost of capital, risk / return trade-offs and GAAP accounting concepts.
• Ability to track peer companies including financial metrics and trends.
• Interest and aptitude to utilize tech-enabled analytical tools.
• Exposure to AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and Anthropic Claude are a large plus.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high attention to detail.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to MRI, VTS, or similar Real Estate-focused data systems are a large plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support Corporate Model and update monthly schedules and analyses related to corporate-level financial results.
• Prepare Board materials and monthly presentations for leadership.
• Assist forecasting / budgeting and other ad-hoc analyses.
• Collaborate with Real Estate Finance, Capital Markets and Investor Relations.
