Mozilla Finance seeks a Senior Financial Analyst for Core Services to own forecasting, reporting, and analyses across multiple functions. You will drive the monthly close, headcount controls, and cloud spend tracking while partnering with Accounting and People to ensure accurate plans and timely insights.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in FP&A, strong modeling skills, and experience with Pigment/Adaptive/Workday; familiarity with NetSuite and data tools is a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years in FP&A or comparable analytical finance roles.
• Full budget & forecast cycle with close & variance analysis.
• Experience with enterprise planning tools and accounting systems.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare Core Services forecast each cycle with cost center detail.
• Assemble monthly budget updates and variance explanations for COO and leaders.
• Partner with Accounting through monthly close; reconcile actuals, accruals, and forecast.
• Maintain headcount tracking and collaborate with People on start dates and backfills.
• Track cloud spend, POs, commitments, and run-rate changes across the group.
• Apply AI/automation to recurring finance work and improve reporting speed.
