• Ability to explain complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with a high level of accuracy.

## Job Description## About the RoleThe Senior Financial Analyst, Core Services supports financial planning, reporting, and analysis for internal teams including Legal, People, Data Science, and IT. The role exists to help maintain accurate forecasting, budget tracking, and spend visibility so leadership can make informed resource allocation decisions.This position works closely with Accounting during the monthly close process, while also partnering with hiring teams to maintain headcount reporting.
