Job summary

Mozilla Corporation is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for Core Services to drive forecasting, planning, and reporting across a broad portfolio. You will partner with Legal, People, Data Science, Trust & Safety, Strategy, IT, Cloud Engineering, and Security to ensure accurate headcount, vendor spend, and monthly closes.

In this role you will translate variances for non-finance leaders, maintain headcount-to-plan, and explore AI-enabled automation to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in FP&A or similar finance role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Core Services forecast each cycle.
• Assemble the monthly budget update with drivers and open items.
• Partner with Accounting through monthly close to reconcile actuals and forecasts.
• Maintain headcount tracking and bridge to plan with People.
• Track vendor and cloud spend, monitor renewals and run-rate changes.
• Apply AI and automation to streamline forecasting, close, and reporting.
