Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of FP&A, Commercial Finance, or related function.
• Experience supporting a commercial or sales organization preferred.
• Experience with financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Experience in large, complex, matrixed organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Finance business partner to North America Commercial leadership and cross-functional teams, providing financial analysis and decision support across key commercial priorities.
• Support commercial leaders and specialized sales organizations with performance analytics, forecasting, and strategic decision support.
• Support operating expense planning and performance management for the North America Commercial organization, including annual planning, monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and risks/opportunities.
• Partner with Commercial leadership to manage departmental budgets and provide visibility into spending trends, resource allocation, headcount, and financial drivers.
• Develop monthly forecasts, quarterly outlooks, and AOP submissions, incorporating business trends and stakeholder input.
• Analyze bookings, revenue, backlog, pipeline, pricing, and other indicators to identify risks, opportunities, and drivers.
• Support financial analysis and partnership across business units and initiatives as priorities evolve.
• Prepare and deliver recurring reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations for leadership and monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for opportunities and investments.
• Collaborate with Finance, Controllership, Operations, HR, and others to ensure accurate reporting and planning.
• Drive continuous improvement in finance processes through standardization and automation.
• Leverage Excel and Power BI to analyze large datasets and improve reporting insights.
• Investigate data discrepancies and implement sustainable solutions.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support decisions.
